Honeywell is consolidating two smaller sites, one in Chicago and another in Skokie, into the larger Bolingbrook headquarters. Most of the jobs will be filled with workers who transfer from those locations, said Jeff Morris, president of Honeywell Safety Products.

The 118,000-square-foot space will be split between manufacturing and distribution and the headquarters for the company's electrical safety division.
